Welcome to rhys_love, a community dedicated to the character of Rhys Williams on the television show, Torchwood.

Our goal is to encourage the creation of fan fiction, fan art, icons, graphics, and fan videos in which Rhys Williams is the focus or plays a major/significant role. We also welcome discussion and/or speculation about the character, as well as the actor who portrays him, Kai Owen.

Rules

1. All fan fiction, fan art, icons, graphics, and fan videos should have the character of Rhys Williams as the focus or playing an important and significant role in the piece.
2. Het, Slash, and Gen fics, artwork, graphics, icons, and videos are all welcome provided that they are in accordance with rule number one. All possible pairings and threesomes/moresomes are acceptable.
3. All creative pieces should have a header detailing the title of the piece, the rating, the featured characters/pairings, and any applicable warnings.
4. Any and all posts that contain spoilers for the upcoming season of Torchwood MUST contain a clearly labeled spoiler warning and the spoilers themselves MUST be placed behind a lj-cut. The mods reserve the right to delete any posts found in violation of this rule.
5. If reading/viewing any piece that contains an adult rating, then you MUST be of legal age to do so.
6. Character bashing is NOT permitted. You can portray characters in a negative light, but outright bashing of ANY character is not acceptable. The mods reserve the right to delete any posts found in violation of this rule.
7. Discussions and/or musings about Rhys Williams, or Kai Owen (the actor who portrays him) are welcome and encouraged so long as any content that contains spoilers is in compliance with the rule regarding spoilers.
8. Be respectful. You do not have to agree with opinions being shared in the comments and discussions but it is important to keep things civil and respectful when discussing opposing views. Flames will NOT be tolerated here and they will be expediently extinguished by the mods.
9. Please be sure to tag your entry appropriately using the provided tags. If you would like a tag that has not already been provided, you are welcome to PM star54kar to make a request.
